Microsoft FrontPage® 2000 Message Boards provide an easy way to foster communication between you and your customers, as well as encouraging beneficial feedback from your clientele. Using a message board to elicit feedback is a popular means of direct communication with your customers. Discussions can be used to gather information about your customer's perceptions of your product, services, or of the company itself.

Microsoft FrontPage 2000 also allows you to control the discussion through editing the message board. You can remove unwanted posts right from within FrontPage 2000. In addition, if you prefer your discussion group to be more private, you can limit your discussion to only those with username/password access.
